Since 2001, First Academy of Computer Arts has been on a mission to bring about a paradigm shift in the field of arts. Inspired by the success of many Filipinos in the world of digital arts abroad-from major comic publishers (DC and Marvel) to movie studios (Pixar and Disney)-we believe that Filipinos represent a largely untapped resource for the growing international demand for digital artists.

Pioneering digital arts training in the country, we have provided students with practical, real-world skills using cross platform technology to allow them to push the medium to new directions. To date, we have trained more than 3000 students and our numbers are growing. As more opportunities in the field of digital arts become apparent, so does the demand for the digital arts training.

Our school is expanding and we would like to invite graduates who have passion for teaching to explore the possibility of becoming a part-time instructor with us.

For your reference, below are the different teaching vacancies and requirements:

Graphic / Multimedia Design

This position requires proven expertise in translating business requirements into highly usable print and/or rich media applications. The candidate must be proficient in the use of Adobe After Effects, Flash, Adobe Creative Suite applications for Graphic and/or Multimedia Design; must have lodged in at least 1 year work experience; and must have a Portfolio.

3D Animation

This position requires proficiency in the use of MAYA, Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere and other similar special effects and non-linear editing software; must have lodged in at least 2 years work experience in an Animation or Production Studio; and must have a Portfolio.

Web Design

This position requires proven expertise in translating business requirements into highly usable web-based applications. The candidate must be proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite applications for the Web Media Design; must have lodged in at least 1 year work experience in a corporate setting; and must have a Portfolio.
